A little about Us

Our Son,  your fishing guide.

After returning home from one of our camping trips, we realized that we have our own beautiful sanctuary right under our  feet.   So we decided to take some of our land and make a RV - Motorcoach -  Extended stay living campground for other couples to enjoy.  We are located in the Middle of Georgia in a little town called Cochran.

Our Town has the First College ever founded in Georgia, which is currently called Middle Georgia State College.  Cochran is a quaint little town with cute shops in the down town area.  Several good restaurants and the friendliest people you will ever meet. We are in the center of the State so you are close to the Georgia Mountains and the Beaches. Cochran is a quite little town, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the tourist.

 We want people to enjoy RV or Motorcoach living in a cozy private atmosphere.  You will feel like you are at home on your beautiful Spacious 50 x 50+  Lot. Don't be stuck in an RV park where you are so crowded you can hear your neighbors talking and your camper is just feet away from there septic waste. Come and stay with us in a laid back, spacious lots with breathing room.  We have Day, Week  and Monthly leases available.

    Jack is in the Flooring Business and can master just about anything he puts his heart to.  I am a Graphic Designer by trade, book keeper, and now a Potter.   Our son is an avid hunter, and College student.  Both of our Beautiful Daughters are married with beautiful Families.
