The Bath House and The Pines Pavilion are designed with your comfort in mind. All the comforts of Home with a Cozy Cabin feel. Each Bath room has its own Shower, Tall Toilet and Pottery Sink. The Showers are easy to get into and made with Beautiful Tile and Custom Fixtures. The Bath House also has its own Laundry Facility equipped with two washers and two dryers. There is also a sink and an area to Iron your fine linens if needed. The Pines Pavilion Is a
hangout spot for Sunset Pines Guest Only. It has a TV, Stove, and places to plug in Crock Pots. A nice place to sit while you do your Laundry or a place to get together with other campers and have a potluck dinner, Play board games or sit by the fire and have a glass of wine while you watch the Sunset.
Sunset Pines RV Living was designed for the responsible Adults Only that are either Retired, Traveling, Contract Working, College Students, or just want to Live in a Extended Living RV or Motor Coach atmosphere. We designed our Campground with your comfort in mind. Snowbirds are Welcome and Couples wanting to getaway for the weekend with your Motorcycle or Just a Relaxing getaway.
Nestled in the Middle Georgia Area, sets 15 acres of Whispering Pine Trees with a Beautiful Pond on site. The Campground is designed with large 50' x 50' spacious lots. Each are equipped with 30amp, 50amp and 110 power, Water , Sewage, Cable TV and WIFI. The Lots are separated by Beautiful Camellias, and shrubs. Each lot has Gravel, Custom made Fire Ring and plenty of space for two vehicles. We have 4 Sites that face the pond, but are not to close so that you still have privacy from those who want to Fish. We have several that offer the most beautiful Sunsets in Georgia, over looking a field with two private ponds on the neighboring land. You will hear Whippoorwill, Dove, and Quail singing their beautiful tunes.
The Pond is great for fishing. Well Stocked with Bass, Catfish, and Bream. There are a few Mallard Ducks that Float around the pond and a daily visit from White Cranes and other wildlife birds and Turtles. For you early risers, there are beautiful Sunrises by the pond and when it is cool, fog will surround the pond for great pictures. We will be building a Gazebo by the Pond. It will have a Custom Fire Pit in the middle for you to cozy up to in the winter months. Or to keep you out of the Sun in the summer while you are watching your fishing pole or reading a good book.
Pottery, did some one say Pottery. Denise started making Pottery, a lost art from her college years at Ohio University. Copper Top Pottery is the name of her business. Stop by and check out her pretty Artistic pieces. Everything from Little Owl's to Big Vases Carved with Bear Carvings.
